The Oz Pizza Tour

Pizza By Pietro will be presenting The Oz Pizza Tour and conducting Pizza Food Festivals around Australia, focus will begin in enriching family dining in an outdoor setting.


The Oz Pizza Tour will take off in the Shoalhaven, South Coast NSW where plans are to make it Home to the events.


A key element will be promoting and using local produce and services and supporting local economical growth.


Local artisans, artists and DJ's will also be invited to showcase their talent and services.

Celebrating Australian Lifestyle and Sunday Picnic

We invite families to turn back the clock to the days of the Sunday picnic, where kids had fun on the grass, adults chatted, the family dog joined the party and dad had the icey colds ready......we'll bring the food and whats better than pizza and beer? Not much!


No four walls can contain the beautiful essence of Australia, we will be creating a dining experience reminiscent of the days the Australian Outdoors were quintessential to our family lunches and get togethers.

Australia's Pizza Guru and Multi-Award Winning Chef Pietro Ferretti will be giving locals the opportunity to eat his iconic Italian food in a casual outdoor setting embracing the Australian lifestyle.


His latest food truck project boasts a Stefano Ferrara hand build wood fired oven and full commercial kitchen capable of serving 500+ people, a selection of pizzas, pastas, salads and desserts.

Helping the less privileged

Our Special Cause

The Oz Pizza Tour will be supporting the Australian Homeless Community by raising awareness for the Australian Homeless problem.


Revenue raised will fund the Pizza Night for The Homeless, a special night dedicated to creating a special dinner for the less privaledged .


There are currently over 100,000 homeless in Australia, almost 18,000 children under the age of 10 and approximately 400 sleeping in the street. 


The Northern Territory alone has over 7% people homeless.
